Altar of the Dead: a tribute to our traditions and team creativity

From November 1 to 2, Grupo Tekkzu lived a unique experience by paying tribute to our Day of the Dead 2024 traditions through the installation of a collaborative altar. With the aim of fostering creativity and teamwork, activities such as personalizing calaveritas and decorating the altar were carried out. Highlights:

● Personalized skulls: Each collaborator received a paper skull to decorate with their name, representing their contribution to the team. These skulls were placed on the altar, creating a symbol of unity and creativity.

● Altar decoration: Collaborators brought objects emblematic of the tradition, such as candles, pan de muerto, cempasúchil flowers and incense, creating a vibrant altar full of meaning.

● Costume Dynamics: To close with joy, a costume contest was organized. Employees showed off their ingenuity and originality, and the best costumes were recognized with special gifts. Quality Week: A Commitment to Excellence From November 11 to 15, 2024, Grupo Tekkzu dedicated an entire week to commemorate, celebrate, communicate and promote the importance of quality management, continuous improvement and standardization of our processes under ISO 9001:2015.

Led by Eng. Alejandro, the workshop addressed topics such as the continuous improvement process and the use of QR codes for internal management, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Thursday: Interactive Panel

This stellar event brought together experts from industry, the public sector and academia to discuss the relationship between quality, innovation and talent development. Samir Aceves, co-founder of Grupo Tekkzu, who emphasized the importance of youth entrepreneurship.

Friday: Recognition of excellence with quality
